One of my favourite treats are OMGs. They’re chocolate covered graham clusters with other goodies in it like almond and toffee. I decided to make my own for Easter and they turned out to be pretty simple make. This recipe involves no cooking or baking, just a microwave. This recipe can also be customized really easily, you basically just need two parts chocolate and one part filling(graham crackers, almonds, etc…).
Ingredients
-1 1/2 cups of dark chocolate chunks
-1/2 cups of dark chocolate chips
-1/2 cup of crushed almonds
-1/2 cup of broken up graham crackers
Instructions
1. Put all the chocolate in a big bowl and microwave until all the chocolate melts. Make sure to heat the chocolate in 30 second increments and stir between being put in the microwave.
2. Add the almonds and graham crackers a little at a time while stirring. Make sure all the graham crackers and almonds are coated.
3. Spread the chocolate mixture out on a baking tray lined with wax paper or parchment paper.
4. Let the mixture chill in fridge for an hour.
5. When the chocolate has hardened, break the chocolate into bite sized pieces and serve or package.
