Pizza Bagel and DIY crafts

FullSizeRender

When I first started eating at the dining hall, I thought the staff prepared and made everything except for the salads. Boy was I wrong. The staff does make omelets, sandwiches, stir-fry, and pasta but there is a whole other world out there of things students can make on their own. Within the first few weeks, an upperclassman introduced me to one of the most simple and delicious DIY meals. The Pizza Bagel. I say this is one of the simplest meals to create, but I still managed to mess it up the first time I made it myself. The first step it to toast the bagel, this happens to be the step I failed to complete. It is important to toast the bagel so it does not become a soggy mess. The second step is to add the sauce to the toasted bagel. I used marinara sauce but if you are feeling adventurous, you could try adding some pesto sauce. The third step is to add any toppings such as pepperoni or, my favorite, broccoli. To top it off, the fourth step is to add cheese. The final step is to pop it into the microwave until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!!
