Everett, WA – October 18th, 2017 – Pacific Wellness & Lactation, a clinic that provides breastfeeding support and perinatal medicine announced its grand opening. The clinic, founded by Co Owners BreAnne Marcucci and Jennifer Millich, will open to clients on Wednesday November 1st. Concurrently, the clinic announced it will be hosting an Open House and Networking event on November 9th from 2pm to 6pm, open to the public and local birth professionals. From 6pm to 7:30pm on November 9th the clinic will provide a free presentation on “The IBCLC and The Breastfeeding Dyad with Tongue Tie” by the clinic providers, BreAnne Marcucci and Jennifer Millich. 1.5 L-CERPs are available, free for attendees.
BreAnne Marcucci MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, IBCLC and Co Owner of Pacific Wellness & Lactation stated “Jennifer and I have worked in postpartum and lactation for almost the entirety of our medical careers and have a true passion for perinatal care. We founded this clinic to increase access to quality lactation and postpartum care in the area we grew up and currently live, Everett and Snohomish County. We both have had the dream of entrepreneurship and have worked hard the past 2 years to make it happen. We get the importance of this kind of work, as both of us have small children and each of us has experienced postpartum challenges.”
BreAnne is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (ARNP – FNP) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Jennifer is a Registered Nurse (RN) and IBCLC. Both BreAnne and Jennifer will provide lactation counseling and medical care four days a week, Wednesday through Saturday. The clinic accepts most major medical insurance as well as most state insurance plans. The clinic is currently scheduling appointments beginning November 1st.
