I must say that I am very proud of myself for getting to 6 days of a shake a day. Even when I didn’t have time to make one I was able to get a shake from boost juice that has oats in it. Oats help with milk supply so it counts
Today’s shake is a bit nutty but I liked it.
Nutty banana kale shake
- 1/2cup kale ( I broke this up into bags and froze them the night before)
- 1/4cup oats
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tsp Brewers yeast
- 2 Tsp flaxseed meal
- 1 Tbsp Healthy Mummy shake (protein powder will work)
- 1 cup skim milk
