Day 7 Oats and Yoghurt pancakes

Well It’s Father’s Day, Sunday and we stayed at inlaws last night so I have to give my shake a miss today. But at least I have something with oats to help with lactation.

Have you ever had pancakes with oats and yoghurt in it? Well these are so good, filling and NO suger.

Oats and Yoghurt Pancakes

  • 1cup Plain flour
  • 1cup quick oats
  • 1cup or single serve yoghurt
  • 2Tsp Baking powder
  • 1Tsp Bi-carb
  • 2 eggs
  • 1cup milk

If you only have self raising flour then just omit the baking powder.

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix wet Ingredients together
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Dollop the size you want into preheated frypan and cook on medium high heat.
  5. Optional: add fruit on top.
  6. Cook for 3minutes 1st side and flip and cook other side for 1-2minutes don’t burn fruit.
  7. Serve as is or with extra fruit, maple syrup and cream (fattening option lol)

                                ENJOY!!!
