Well It’s Father’s Day, Sunday and we stayed at inlaws last night so I have to give my shake a miss today. But at least I have something with oats to help with lactation.
Have you ever had pancakes with oats and yoghurt in it? Well these are so good, filling and NO suger.
- 1cup Plain flour
- 1cup quick oats
- 1cup or single serve yoghurt
- 2Tsp Baking powder
- 1Tsp Bi-carb
- 2 eggs
- 1cup milk
If you only have self raising flour then just omit the baking powder.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix wet Ingredients together
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Dollop the size you want into preheated frypan and cook on medium high heat.
- Optional: add fruit on top.
- Cook for 3minutes 1st side and flip and cook other side for 1-2minutes don’t burn fruit.
- Serve as is or with extra fruit, maple syrup and cream (fattening option lol)
