Ingredients
1/4 cup finely chopped zucchini (unpeeled)
few salad leaves
Brocoli
2 cups parboiled sprouted moong (whole green gram)
3/4 cup chopped apple (unpeeled and deseeded)
Cherry Tomatos
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
salt and to taste

- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well. Serve immediately.
