Being Easter weekend, I though this would be a great little recipe to share. I know we will have a few hard boiled eggs to use up next week.
What you will need:
6 hard boiled eggs peeled and cubed
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1 t. Mustard
1 t. Vinegar
Black Pepper essential oil
In a glass bowl, combine the eggs, mayo, and mustard. Using the toothpick method, add a small amount of black pepper essential oil to the vinegar and then fold the vinegar and black pepper oil mixture into the eggs.
I like this in a sandwich as well as on top of spinach with olives and bacon crumbles! YUM!
