Jet lag Remedy and DIY crafts

Being originally from Canada (Quebec) and now living in Australia. There is nothing that I dread most than the airplane trips for a visit back home. 31 hours flight anyone?jet lag 2


Yes unfortunately I could not pick a further country to live and getting older doesn’t improve my recovery of being cramped in a plane for 31 hours.jet lag


So if you are like me and need a quick “pick me up” once you made it to your destination here a little easy DIY.


On your pillow case to help sleep



  • 1 Drop Chamomile Essential Oil

  • 1 Drop Lavender Essential Oil


Bath Time Mix


Ingredients



  • 60 Drops Grape Fruit essential Oil

  • 60 Drops Geranium Essential Oil

  • 60 Drops Chamomile Essential Oil

  • 1 Tbs Almond Oil (any vegetable oil)


Method



  1. Mix the essential oil

  2. Let it rest 4 days if possibles


Put 10 drops in a bath and get a good rest !
