I know you’re all dying to hear how I am getting on….right!? ;)
Well! It’s going well!
From this in a single pump a week ago:
To this in a single pump on Sunday (over an oz!):
Sunday and yesterday my complete daily output each day was ~4 oz (or 114/115 ml respectively)!
My first thing in the morning pump and last thing at night pump are proving to be my slacker pumps, although this morning I noticed an increase at my 6am pump. Today feels like an increase day. Over my three pumps today so far I am up to 2.5 oz!
During the middle of the day my pumps are far higher in terms of output. I hope this will change when I start adding in middle of the night pumps next week and I’ll start getting more first thing too. I suspect my last thing at night pump will always be one I may need to supplement on. The only reason I haven’t started the middle of the night pumps yet is that I really really don’t want to be too burnt out before Stevie arrives and I think that only two weeks of working and pumping through the night is feasible, whereas four or even three weeks with waking up every three hours would just be too much. 2 weeks I can do!
In other news, only 13 working days left in work!!!
And most importantly, 6 weeks to birth! EEK
