No Bake Lactation Bites Recipes

No Bake Lactation Bites

2 cups Oats
½ cup milled or ground flax seed
3 tbsp brewer’s yeast
1 cup peanut butter or Almond Butter
½ cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
½ cup Chocolate Chip

1. In a bowl of an electric mixer, add all ingredients except Chocolate chip. Mix on low speed until well combined. Stir Chocolate chip.
2. Roll mixture in 2 tbsp sized smooth balls and place on a parchment – lined baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once its set transfer them to an air tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Chocolate Almond No Bake Lactation Bite

2 1/2 cups rolled Oats
1/2 cup crushed raw Almonds (Sliced or crushed almonds will do)
1/2 cup ground flax seed
6 tbsp Brewer’s yeast
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup coconut oil,
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract

How to prepare:
1. Prepare a pastry paper on the side
2. combine Oats,Almonds, flax seed, Brewer’s yeast and cinnamon
3. In a pan combine sugar,coconut oil,peanut butter and cocoa cook for 2 minutes.
4. removed the pan and add milk and vanilla
5. combine the chocolate mixture into Oat mixture, stir well.
6. spoon or roll it and put on the pastry sheet and allow to cool.
7. Keep in the freezer, consume 2 to 3 in a day. It last for 2 weeks.
