A Lovely Spring Lunch and DIY crafts

A lovely Table of the Week salad for today’s lunch. Butter lettuce and spring greens from the backyard, Radicchio, Bacon bits, soft boiled egg (thank you Maggie for the idea!), grated aged cheddar, green onion, chopped garbanzo beans and paper thin sliced mushrooms in a dijon champagne vinagrette (3 T Olive Oil, 1 T Champagne Vinegar, 1 t Dijon Mustard, Salt and Pepper to taste) #tow #easymeals
