Now here’s a sewing project I can get behind. This one is dead simple because you stitch all the way around the outside – there’s no turning and no closing by hand. Sew up 3 sides, stuff, and machine sew it closed. Yes!
Looks pretty cute with my lumpy fabric eggs from the last post. The hardest parts are keeping the stitching an even distance around those tight curves, and stuffing the head. The bunny neck is the bottleneck! Use the eraser end of a pencil to shove the stuffing up into the head and ears.
Each bunny doesn’t take very long to make so you could crank out an army of them fairly quickly. A bunny battalion. A rabbit regiment. A horde of hares. Oh lord stop me…
