What is norovirus and why is it in Chipotle?
Over the weekend, more than 80 Boston College students became ill after eating at a Chipotle. Initially those falling sick in Boston were assumed to be connected to the restaurant’s recent spate of E. coli cases. On Tuesday afternoon, Chipotle redirected this notion, saying the students likely became ill due to something called norovirus.
