Lactation energy balls

Ingredients

⅓ cup of steel cut oats

¼ cup of tahini

4 medjool dates

1 tbsp of almond meal

1 tsp of flaxseed

1 tsp of coconut oil

1 tsp of fenugreek

Instructions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in a food processor on low. Remove batter and place in a bowl.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Turn down heat to low and add fenugreek. Heat butter with fenugreek for 2 minutes.
  4. Add fenugreek butter to batter and mix well.
  5. Form batter into bite size balls.
