Ingredients
⅓ cup of steel cut oats
¼ cup of tahini
4 medjool dates
1 tbsp of almond meal
1 tsp of flaxseed
1 tsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of fenugreek
Instructions
- Mix first 5 ingredients in a food processor on low. Remove batter and place in a bowl.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Turn down heat to low and add fenugreek. Heat butter with fenugreek for 2 minutes.
- Add fenugreek butter to batter and mix well.
- Form batter into bite size balls.
