This is a simple lactation smoothie which can be had for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- One tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
Procedure:
Use a blender to blend the above ingredients. Blend it for about a minute or more for good consistency. You can add honey as a sweetener if required. Add ice cubes if you like it cold.
