Spring is in the air! Time to get in the spirit and celebrate with pastels, flowy dresses, and flower halos! Flower halos are so simple to make on your own and make for a perfect spring or summer accessory!
Last year I created a video on how to make flower halos on your own. I have found that Walmart has the cheapest fake flowers as well as dollar stores. I even can find flowers I like better at those places for making flower halos.
