1 package cinnamon gram crackers – 1/4 cup butter – 2 8 oz packages cream cheese – 1 cup white sugar – 2 lg eggs – 2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 can fruit pie filling (optional)
Directions: Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Line miniature non stick muffin mold with butter. Crush gram crackers until minced, place 1/2 teaspoon of the crushed crackers into each mold. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fill each miniature mold with mixture to the top. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool. Top with a teaspoonful fruit pie filling
