So yesterday I made this gorgeous pizza because I bought too many veggies and didn’t want them to go bad. It was the first time I ever made a pizza so I was surprised when it came out of the oven perfectly cooked and beautiful. In my head I envisioned burnt veggies and crust and a dry interior.
The Recipe
- Set the oven to 425 degrees
- Cut up a wide assortment of veggies. I used broccoli, green peppers, orange peppers, yellow peppers, grape tomatoes, red onions, and thinly sliced purple potatoes.
- Put pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese on a ready made pizza crust.
- Arrange the veggies on the pizza in whatever way you find visually pleasing :)
- Spray olive oil on the pizza or drizzle it with large amounts (depending on how oily you want it to be)
- Cook the pizza for 20 minutes! It is seriously that simple.
