1 & 4: Rest in peace, Opa. Last week, my momma’s father passed away. It breaks my heart to know my momma’s heart is breaking. She cared so much about her dad and did the best she could to make trips to visit him once we moved to Oregon. Opa lived a good life. I am thankful my mom and I got to visit him this past December. He had a big appetite for fried chicken, chinese food, and a vanilla cone from Dairy Queen. Big appetites must run in the family ; ) Love you, Opa. You can view his obituary here.
2. Alpha Phi had a spring bid day on March 5th, welcoming in ten new girls! I volunteered to make a dessert. And they turned out cuter than I thought they would!! White chocolate bark with pieces of pastel m&ms and Easter-egg shaped m&ms. You can find the recipe HERE.
