So easy, so quick and so delicious!
- 2 Bananas
- 4 tablespoons of greek yoghurt
Method:
- Blitz in a blender
- Pop in the freezer
- Enjoy!
This is such an easy recipe but it honestly tastes amazing. You can add frozen berries to make it slightly more interesting or I even tried to create a caramel banana ice cream which was the same as above but adding a handful of dates and a sprinkling of cinnamon. SO YUMMY!
Have a little experiment and see what ‘ice-cream’ you can make!
