From keg stands to kale🍺🌱❤️ and DIY crafts

In honor of it being spring break and Throwback Thursday, here is my new recipe called PCB. πŸŒ…πŸŒ΄⛵️πŸ‘™πŸŽΆπŸ’ƒπŸ„πŸ»πŸ»πŸ»πŸ»πŸ»πŸ»πŸ»πŸ»πŸ»πŸ»πŸ»

This week a dear friend came to visit and we took our littles to the zoo and spent the day poolside at the beautiful Sheraton Vistana.

Crazy how our road trips to Panama City Beach feel like yesterday. Even though we’re moms now, I will always be down to dance on a table with you! So instead of a beer, I’ll raise my coffee cup and cheers to all the awesome women out there who used to do keg stands. You still rock, you always will. Now get in the kitchen and make these healthy pouches! ❤️

Pears

Cauliflower

…and because I’m still wild and crazy lets throw some broccoli in there!😜

I try very hard to purchase local and organic. Wash your fruits and veggies. I bake my pears in the oven at 350 for 50 minutes or so. I steam the cauliflower and beats but you could always roast them in the oven too.


I take the skin off of the pears (and toss the seeds) and throw everything into a food processor. Add 2 cups of water ( or more or less) to reach desired consistency.Then I use my awesome Infantino Baby Squeeze Station and make my individual pouches. I add my Juice Plus capsules into each pouch also, this is now a SUPER POUCH packed with acerola cherries, apples, oranges, cranberries, peaches, papayas, dates, prunes, pineapples, kale, spinach, oat bran, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, parsley, beets, brown rice bran, cabbage, garlic, pomegranate, bilberries, green grapes, concord grapes, artichokes, cocoa, black currants, raspberries, elderberries, blueberries and blackberries!
