Every now and then my doors to my apartment are hard to open with my keys. I’ve found using WD-40 helps keep my locks clean and working well. Usually WD-40 comes with a small attachment that you can insert into the nozzle to get into small places. Every now and then I spray inside my keyholes, wiggle the keys around inside the locks and I’ll see all this black gunk come out the locks. Also if any doors (including the ones in your residence are creaky spray some WD-40 on the brackets and bye-bye creaking!
