– Don’t wash your hair every day. It’ll dry the hair out
– Handle your hair like your best dress. Don’t ball it up with a towel when you’re done with showering. Pat gently your hair dry with a towel and let it air dry
– Use homemade masks for your hair. Like mustard oil, coconut oil, egg yolk or yogurt mask. You can check online for masks (I may upload some masks recipes here)
– Use natural hair care products.
– Give your hair oil treatments. Massage oil into you hair and scalp. Cover it with and let it sit for 2 hrs. Then rinse it out.
– Eat vitamins like vitamin B (it’ll make your hair thick and strong), and healthy food.
– Protect your hair from heat and cold
– Trim your hair often
