Mix in any size jar, depending on how much you would like to parse.
Fill jar half way with white school glue
Fill remaining half of jar with water.
Shake Well. BAM!
This dries to a Matte finish.
Want it colored? Add 1 TBSP water based color [like food coloring]
Want it Glossy? Add 1 TBSP water based varnish.
