Workout
Tuesday-4 miles on TM +legs
I played around with the incline every mile then ended the workout with weighted squats and lunges. Left my legs feeling like jello!

Jackson is no Grinch. When it comes to holidays he wants all the decorations and all the treats he can get his little dimpled hands on. Ever since Christmas was over he’s been asking me what holiday is next and when we get to put up more decorations. Finally, February is here so I took him to Joanne’s to help pick out some decor.
I don’t like spending a lot on holiday decor, so I try and make as much of it myself. Each year I get a few new items, but this year is the first year I’ve decorated for Valentines(now you know who the Grinch is). I found this blog that inspired all of my DIY projects.
I also found this site for free Valentine prints and just framed one for my entry.
J wanted to paint some pictures and use sparkles. I also had some buttons from another project and let him glue buttons onto his paper. This kept his so busy.
He’s fav thing to do is get those little sticky decals and put them on our front windows.
It’s not much, but J was thrilled. However, he was disappointed that there were some bare walls still not covered in his art work. . .
