Exercises for Self Love this Valentines Day

The season of fat babies wielding weapons is finally upon us!


Valentines day, whether you hate it or love it, exist -so this year I decided to cut the curmudgeon act and just be an adult about it all. Sorry Liz Lemon.


It’s time to ~reinvent~ this Hallmark Holiday of fluffy teddy bears that take up precious mattress real estate and instead dedicate the day to falling in love with yourself. Not in a sick narcissistic way, but spend some time really thinking about what qualities you like about yourself. Write it down and keep it handy, so when you feel depressed, self conscious or an overwhelming senses of self hatred reach for the note!


This month, my plan is to dedicate my blog to themes of Self Love and DIY projects that involve this concept so i’ll be working on these “exercises” as I write them so if you feel like sharing this experience with me please feel free to comment below with any ideas you might have.
