Hey girls I know I haven’t blogged in a while, but I’ve been feeling down and just needed to be picked up, anyways what I wanted to bring to your attention was, the ability to dream and the ability to pursue the dream. I’ve found many people in this life who can and many who can’t. And I’m here to say stop putting yourself in the category of you can’t. I myself have struggled through the years with my weight and self image. I have realized the time is now, not tomorrow, not after the one cookie that turns into 6, now. As woman we were built to be strong and independent, let’s use those powers for the good of ourselves. So ladies jump on board of the journey to renew your self. Now. Not later.
