There is something incredibly magical about a winter wedding. The cold temperatures make for a more intimate, warm and cozy setting for inside. As a token of appreciation for your guests, {after all they endured the cold in their high heels, dresses and suits so they could spend your special day with you} why not create warm-hearted wedding favours: Hot chocolate filled mason jars !
What we absolutely love about this idea is that it’s a simple and lovely DIY {and very affordable, too!}
Here’s how: Fill a mason jar with powdered hot chocolate mix and be as creative as you’d like! Add white, dark or organic chocolate as well as a colourful ribbon attached around to add some beauty to your jar. Decorate the jar according to your theme but we suggest keeping it simple {we like the idea of being able to see the hot cocoa in the jar!}. You can also attach a tag with a short and sweet thank you message along with a small bag of marshmallows… the possibilities are endless!
