I am a stamp maker and print artist who is living in Japan. This blog is gonna be all about my experiences here and all about the world of stamp making and print making! In America I was a tattoo artist, so I’m no stranger to working on long tedious pieces of art where it’s advisable to not make a mistake. But as you may already know, Japan is not known for it’s acceptance of tattoos. So now I’m focusing all of my creative energies on stamp carving and block printing.
Throughout this blog I will be writing various how-to’s relating to stamp making and print making. You may see some Japanese interspersed in my writings, as I am trying my best to master the local language.
Also I have an etsy store ( HandCarvedStamps.etsy.com ) where i sell all of my goodies.
On this blog and on my facebook page I will be trying to offer monthly contests and giveaways!
